I have been adding more color to my wood burnings, especially the wood slices or "tree cookies"  Please place orders early for custom Christmas items as it takes me a while to do the projects. 

Ashe County Arts Crawl
I will be woodburning in front of Frenchy's Fine Art Gallery in West Jefferson on Friday,
Oct. 15 from about 3-8pm. The galleries not only offer a wide array of local artists' work, but they will also, on Friday, have complimentary finger foods and wine.

Stroll the streets of historic downtown West Jefferson and enjoy the cool mountain breeze while listening to the comforting sounds of street musicians and popping in and out of downtown West Jefferson’s many galleries. Open house of numerous art galleries and studios in downtown West Jefferson on the 2nd Friday of each month June-October from 5-8 pm. A special Christmas-themed gallery crawl takes place the first Friday in December from 5-8 pm!

ADDING COLOR
I am playing around with adding a little color to some of my woodburnings.  Here are some examples: The first one is just woodburned, the second has one color of red, and the third has an additional color of white.
